Paramedic
Provides emergency and non-emergency transport of patients to and from appointments, discharges from hospitals, dialysis centers, nursing homes, and many other destinations.
Hours of operations: 24 hours, 7 days a week (including holidays). Shift assignments are full time and flex time. Daily shifts may be 12-24 hours.

Training: We will provide 32 hours of classroom training and ~60 hours of practical training. A field training officer will oversee all training in the new-hire process.

Valid Ambulance Drivers License
Clean H6 report from DMV (7 years)
Medical exam certification

Sacramento County Paramedic License

Non-Medical Driver
Provides non-emergency transport of patients to and from appointments, discharges from hospitals, dialysis centers, and many other destinations.
Hours of operations: 3 AM-Midnight, 7 days a week (including holidays). Shift assignments are full time and flex time. Daily shifts may be 8-12 hours.
Benefits include: Health insurance, life insurance, dental coverage, paid time off, holiday pay, and daily overtime.
Training: We will provide 16 hours of classroom training and 30 hours of practical training. A field training officer will oversee all training in the new-hire process.
Fleet: Our shuttle vehicles include Ford E350 and Ford transit vans.

Dispatcher / Call Taking
Under supervision of the communications manager, this position performs a variety of skills and semi-skilled functions in support of the communication center; receives and dispatches emergency and non-emergency calls assist with ancillary services; provides Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) direction and participates in the work of a dispatcher/call taker and performs other duties as assigned.

Medical Biller
The Medical Biller will perform a variety of accounting duties involved in submitting compliant ambulance claims to various insurance providers. The Medical Biller with be contacting patients, insurance companies, hospitals, facilities and others to collect information to receive payments for services provided. The individual will work directly under the supervision of the Billing Manager.
